McCoy went down in Week 3 against the Eagles with a groin injury that will require surgery in the coming days. McCoy, a key piece of an already-struggling New Orleans offensive line, will be sidelined until at least early November, maybe longer. The Saints struggled to protect Derek Carr last week against a tough Eagles pass rush. Carr was pressured on 44 percent of his Week 3 drop backs.
