NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports Anthony Richardson is considered day-to-day with oblique and abdominal strains.

Richardson “has a shot to play” in Week 5 against the Jaguars, per Pelissero. It’s good news for the Colts’ QB1, who attempted to play through the injury but lasted just one play — which came on a questionable read option that Richardson kept and gave himself up on rather quickly. The Colts release their first injury report on Wednesday. Richardson’s status will be one to monitor throughout the week, but if he can’t go, it will be Joe Flacco making his first start of 2024.
