NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that “there has been communication, in recent days, between Trey Hendrickson’s representation and the Bengals.”

The Bengals’ front office may be able to free up enough cash, via Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins’ impending contract extensions, to keep Hendrickson in Cincinnati. This is a hugely positive development. Hendrickson totaled 162 quarterback pressures and 38 sacks over the last two seasons.
