Panthers CB Jaycee Horn (groin) left Carolina’s Week 14 game against the Eagles and is questionable to return.

He came up hurt after tackling DeVonta Smith inside the 10 and immediately wheeled into the locker room. It has the look of an injury that could keep him out for multiple weeks or possibly send him to season-ending IR. Dane Jackson replaced Horn.
