Panthers declared RB Jonathon Brooks, CB Shemar Bartholomew, DE Charles Harris, OT Ikem Ekwonu, TE Tommy Tremble, DT Jaden Crumedy, and S Jammie Robinson inactive for Week 10 against the Giants.

Brooks was listed as questionable for Week 10 despite being removed from the reserve/NFI list earlier this week. He also practiced in full during all three sessions. In the middle of a lost season, the Panthers are taking things absurdly slow with Brooks as he works his way back from a torn ACL. Chub Hubbard will dominate the rushing work versus the Giants this week.
