Panthers WR Xavier Legette (shoulder) said he expects to play in Week 6 against the Falcons.

Legette suffered a shoulder injury in the Panthers’ Week 5 loss to the Bears. He was listed as questionable to return in the second quarter but never made his way back onto the field. The rookie had one catch for eight yards before leaving. Carolina’s offense sputtered to a halt in Week 5 and isn’t guaranteed to bounce back next week. If healthy, Legette will be a boom/bust WR4 versus the Falcons.
