Kendrick Bourne

Patriots placed WR Kendrick Bourne (knee) on the active/PUP list.

Bourne tore his ACL in Week 8 of last season and is still recovering from the injury. He had 37 receptions for 406 yards and four touchdowns prior to the injury and signed a three-year deal in the offseason to return. Bourne’s absence in camp means more opportunities for rookies Ja’Lynn Polk and Javon Baker. The Patriots also placed RB Antonio Gibson on the non-football injury list, keeping two skill players out for the beginning of camp.
