Patriots WR DeMario Douglas was not targeted in New England’s Week 2 overtime loss to the Seahawks.

“Pop” now has four targets through two games, something coach Jerod Mayo said has to change. “He’s one of our most explosive players, and that’s on us as coaches to put it together,” Mayo said. He’s correct, though the upside might be even more limited than expected in this arch-conservative offense. Douglas is looking safe to cut loose in most 12-team re-draft leagues.
