Deshaun Watson

QB Deshaun Watson completed 22-of-34 passes for 186 yards and rushed five times for 20 yards and one touchdown in the Browns’ 18-13, Week 2 win over the Jaguars.

Watson again played poorly and looked out of sorts as a passer, throwing off base on more than one occasion. The Browns’ backup offensive line injuries continue to plague the offense as a whole, allowing a Week 2-high 22 quarterback pressures thus far. Watson’s poor play is unlikely to improve but T Jack Conklin (knee) and T Jedrick Wills Jr. (knee) could return in the next week or two. The Giants’ pass rush keeps Watson in the low-end QB2 ranks for next week.
