Quentin Johnston

Quentin Johnston returned Week 15 against the Buccaneers after suffering a leg injury.

The injury occurred when a Buccaneers DB accidentally kicked the outside of Johnston’s right leg as Johnston’s right foot was planted, causing the right leg to buckle inward. Johnston then landed awkwardly and roughly on his left leg, effectively placing all of his body weight on his knee and lower leg. He limped off-field shortly thereafter and was seen hopping on his right leg after attempting to put weight on his left leg on the sideline. It is possible this is only results in a contusion on Johnston’s left knee but the play could have ended far worse. Update: Johnston returned to play.
