Cooper Kupp

Rams HC Sean McVay said Cooper Kupp (ankle) will meet with trainers on Monday and that his status for Week 7 against the Raiders has yet to be determined.

It was reported last week by ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the Rams are planning to have Kupp back for Week 7, but the team seems less willing to commit to that for the time being. Kupp has not played since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 2, leaving the Rams thin at receiver with Puka Nacua (knee) expected to be out until November. If Kupp can’t go on Sunday, we can expect to see another heavy dose of Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell, and Jordan Whittington at receiver.
