Rhamondre Stevenson rushed 20 times for 48 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriots’ Week 8 win over the Jets, adding three receptions for 17 yards.

The 20-carry outing was Stevenson’s first since Week 2, while the two-touchdown day was his first of 2024. His scores came from three and one yards out, with the second clinching a stunning upset. It required a lengthy review, but he got into the end zone. Efficiency was not Stevenson’s calling card against this tough Jets defense, but he avoided turnovers while backup Antonio Gibson put the ball on the ground (New England recovered). Stevenson’s upside remains somewhat limited, especially if Drake Maye (concussion) can’t go for Week 9 against the Titans, but he continues to provide RB2 floor.
