Romeo Doubs caught 4-of-7 targets for 50 yards in the Packers’ Week 1 loss to the Eagles.

As expected, Doubs operated as the Packers’ de facto WR1, running the most routes and earning the most targets. However, he was far from the team’s most exciting receiver. Christian Watson was targeted heavily in the end zone and converted one of his looks into a short touchdown while Jayden Reed amassed 171 total yards on five touches. Doubs is a consistent receiver who has the trust of his coaching staff, but his fantasy upside is capped by a lack of explosive plays and an inability to consolidate targets. He looks like a volume-based WR4 moving forward.
