Sam Darnold

Sam Darnold completed 20-of-32 passes for 246 yards and two touchdowns in a 23-13, Week 11 win over the Titans, adding 18 rushing yards and one touchdown on the ground.

It was a solid effort from Darnold who handled some pressure in the pocket well, avoiding sacks and making smart decisions down the field. He didn’t hit on any huge plays but he also didn’t make any major mistakes and was able to capitalize on the openings that the Titans gave. He is credited with a fumble but that occurred on a toss play that hit Aaron Jones right in the hands and should be charged to Jones. The Vikings will get a tougher test next week against the Bears.
