Saquon Barkley

Saquon Barkley

PHLRB • #26

Saquon Barkley rushed 17 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles’ Week 3 win over the Saints, adding four receptions for nine yards.

Barkley was shut out of the end zone in Week 2 and dropped a potentially game-winning pass, but he came back with a vengeance versus the Saints. He got the Eagles on the board in the fourth quarter with a 65-yard rushing touchdown. It was his longest rush in five years. Per Next Gen Stats, it was the fastest rush attempt this year, clocking in at 21.66 MPH. Barkley scored the game-winning touchdown later in the fourth quarter and punctuated an elite showing by punching in the two-point conversion. Barkley is putting his best football on tape as an Eagles and the team needs him more than ever with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith banged-up. He will rank as a top-five fantasy option for Philly’s Week 4 game versus the Bucs.
