Saquon Barkley rushed 18 times for 47 yards in the Eagles’ Week 6 win over the Browns, adding two receptions for seven yards.

Today was the first time all season Barkley was held below 100 yards from scrimmage, as well as 84 yards rushing. He has now bookended the Eagles’ bye with a pair of scoreless efforts, also his first of the year. The culprit this afternoon was the healthy returns of both A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. Barkley was running unsustainably hot to begin the year, but 20 touches seem like a better bet than not on a weekly basis. That will include for Week 7 in New Jersey against the Giants, where Barkley will be safely ensconced inside the top three at running back.
