Sterling Shepard (foot) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 16 against the Cowboys.
Shepard would only be up for WR5 consideration if healthy but a DNP followed by two LPs puts him squarely on the Not Recommended list. Shepard is a low-floor WR6 at best against the Panthers.
