Two DNPs in a row are a bad sign for Shepard avoiding a Saturday rule-out. Shepard’s absence would lead to a lot of Jalen McMillan and Trey Palmer against the Chiefs on Monday night. It’s possible that recently-signed Marquez Callaway is elevated off the practice squad. Rakim Jarrett and Ryan Miller are Tampa’s other healthy wideouts on the active roster.
