Higgins didn’t practice all week before head coach Zac Taylor told reporters he is expected to be listed as doubtful. Fantasy managers and Bengals fans can comfortably rule him out for Week 2. That leaves Cincinnati with Andrei Iosvias as their No. 2 receiver for the second week in a row. Iosivas ran a route on every one of Joe Burrow’s dropbacks in Week 1 but only managed three catches and 26 yards on six targets. Iosivas is a low-floor FLEX option heading into a tough matchup with the Kansas City defense this week.
