The Athletic’s Diana Russini reports the Rams are “definitely open” to trading WR Cooper Kupp and the team is seeking a second-round pick.

The full quote: “If the Rams are willing to take on the salary I’ve heard they’re willing to do, they are definitely open to trading Cooper Kupp so we’ll see if they’ll be able to get a deal done.” Kupp has missed all but two games this season, but had a monster 21-target performance in Week 1. He turns 32 next offseason. The Rams, 2-4 and with some older players, could position themselves as a trade deadline seller if they’re able to get high picks in return.
