Jordan Love

The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported that Jordan Love “has not been medically cleared to play.”

This shouldn’t come as a major surprise since Love’s knee injury was initially reported to be a multi-week injury; however, as Russini points out “The Packers are trying to keep all competitive advantages intact, which includes forcing opponents to prepare for all their QBs.” In reality, Russini believes that “The most optimistic timeline would have him back for Week 4 against the Vikings if there are no snags.” When he does come back, Love is expected to play with a knee brace for protection and function which could impact his overall mobility. Fantasy managers with Love should expect the quarterback to miss the next two or three games.
