Spears did not practice at any point last week after suffering the injury in Week 6. Tony Pollard had 16 totes for the Titans last week, with Julius Chestnut taking the other three. Spears’ return would be a minor cut into Pollard’s lead role, but Spears has just one game with more than six rushing attempts this season and would be hard to start against the Lions even if we were sure he was healthy.
