L'Jarius Sneed

Titans signed CB L’Jarius Sneed to a four-year, $76 million contract.

Rather than pay Sneed the $19.8 million under the franchise tag the Chiefs placed on him, the Titans opted to give Sneed a new deal that also includes $55 million in guaranteed money. The Titans gave up a third and seventh round pick to land Sneed, 27, in hopes of revamping a defense that has already added free agent cornerback Chidobe Awuzie to the mix.
