MIA • QB • #1
Even Tagovailoa’s touchdown was a gift of sorts, as the Dolphins went for it on fourth-and-2 after an offsides penalty by the Texans on a made Dolphins field goal. Tagovailoa’s first interception was horrendous, a strike right to Houston defensive back Calen Bullock in the middle of the field. His other two were picks at Derek Stingley Jr. in coverage on Tyreek Hill. Tagovailoa completed just three passes on 10 attempts over 10 air yards down the field. Week 16 brings the 49ers to town, and Tagovailoa will be a borderline QB1 despite the rough day today. It would probably help if Miami’s starting offensive tackles from Week 15 made it back for that one.
