Spears saw increased usage with the Titans seemingly managing Tony Pollard (ankle) a bit and playing with a negative game script in the second half. He was tackled at the one yard line in the first half - carrying the ball behind Jeffrey Simmons playing fullback - but leaped over the line to punch in the score the next play. Spears’ other touchdown was a 17-yard catch-and-run in the fourth quarter. A monstrous 6/87/1 receiving day gives Spears his best spike week of the season. If Pollard’s ankle injury continues to need management, Spears will have FLEX value heading into Week 16 against the Colts.
