Underdog’s James Palmer reports that “it seems more and more likely” Kirk Cousins will wait until Day 2 concludes to waive his no-trade clause.

If multiple quarterbacks come off the board on Thursday, things could shake out differently. Per Palmer, there is a chance Cousins chooses to waive the no-trade clause in time for a Day 2 trade. A large chunk of the 2025 quarterback class could be forced to wait until Friday to have their names called, though, and Cousins has not wavered in his desire to start for an NFL team this year.
