Vikings coach Kevin O’Connell said he feels “pretty good” about Jordan Addison (ankle) playing in Week 1 against the Giants.

Addison suffered an ankle injury a few weeks into training camp. O’Connell later told reporters Addison wouldn’t miss extended time because of the issue. It sounds like he will play through the ankle injury in Week 1, though fantasy managers will want to keep tabs on Minnesota’s injury report to be sure. O’Connell mentioned that WR3 Jalen Nailor is dealing with an ankle issue of his own that occurred last week. Per KOC, he is a few days behind Addison. Not that fantasy managers were lining up to start Nailor, but his availability for Week 1 is far more questionable. All of this is to say, expect Justin Jefferson to be flooded with targets versus the Giants.
