Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell told reporters the team is “hopeful” to have Jordan Addison (ankle) back for Week 3 against the Texans.

O’Connell reiterated that Addison remains in the questionable territory, and that his status will largely be determined by what kind of work he can put in this week prior to the Sunday tilt. If Addison can’t go, Jalen Nailor will again be the No. 2 wideout behind Justin Jefferson — although Jefferson is dealing with a quad injury himself — for that matchup with the Houston secondary.
