Dissly has intermittently played through ailments this season so missing Week 13’s practice is not yet cause for concern. The 28-year-old tight end has suffered multiple season-ending injuries in the past so it is possible the Chargers are approaching Dissly’s groin injury with caution. He is a TE1, if active.
