Devaughn Vele

WR Devaughn Vele (undisclosed injury) was held out of Broncos practice on Friday but could play in Sunday’s preseason game.

Sean Payton refused to disclose Vele’s injury but called him “fine” while suggesting he may even suit up for the Broncos’ preseason game against the Packers. Vele has made a strong case for a regular season roster spot thus far and Payton surely wants another opportunity to examine Vele’s play against via live repetitions.
