Zach Ertz caught 4-of-8 targets for 31 yards in the Commanders’ Week 10 loss to the Steelers.

Ertz’s catch-and-fall style of play got him into some trouble late in the fourth quarter. Needing to convert a fourth-and-nine to keep the hopes of a win alive, Ertz found himself on the receiving end of an eight-yard pass that he caught while going down and came up just short of the sticks on what was a controversial play. The Commanders turned the ball over on downs and did not get another chance to possess the ball. Ertz’s eight targets were on par with what we’ve come to expect from him this season. He continues to remain a boom-or-bust fantasy option heading into Week 11 against the Eagles.
