Zay Flowers caught 7-of-12 targets for 111 yards in the Ravens’ Week 5 overtime win over the Bengals.

With the Ravens forced back into pass-friendly game script for the first time since Week 3, Flowers posted his first 100-yard effort of the 2024 regular season. Flowers has now reached 10 targets in all three of the Ravens’ closer contests this year. It was still a mildly disappointing outing with all four of Lamar Jackson’s touchdowns being distributed elsewhere. We at least know Flowers is going to gobble up looks when the Ravens project to have to throw. Week 6 against the Commanders could be another such week with how well Washington’s offense is playing and how poor its defense had been until facing Deshaun Watson.
