Friday’s victory secured the three-seed in the West for the Lakers, which would mean a second-round matchup with Houston if both teams got out of the first round. For that reason, Finney-Smith’s last two performances against the Rockets were notable. After shooting 6-of-11 from three in the Lakers’ March 31 win over Houston, he was 6-of-8 on Friday. From a fantasy standpoint, Finney-Smith provided the three-pointers and steals on Friday that many managers expect from him. We’ll see if he plays against Portland on Sunday, as nothing will be on the line for the Lakers.

Reaves and the Lakers were excellent on Friday, shooting nearly 61 percent from the field. Reaves made 66.7 percent of his attempts, finishing one block shy of a complete stat line. With Friday’s victory securing the three-seed for the Western Conference playoffs, it’s possible that Reaves does not play in Sunday’s regular season finale in Portland. If he gets the day off, Jordan Goodwin (3/6/3 with one three-pointer) and Gabe Vincent (one rebound, one assist and one steal) are two players whose playing time would increase.

He did not return, with some wondering if the 40-year-old tweaked the groin injury that sidelined him for seven games in mid-March. However, the heating pad applied to James’ leg appeared to be on his quad. Following the game, Lakers coach JJ Redick said LeBron was “fine.” Friday’s victory secured the three-seed in the West, so there’s no reason for James to play in Sunday’s game against the Trail Blazers. Expect plenty of Dalton Knecht after the rookie only logged four minutes against the Rockets.

Harden recorded the 80th triple-double of his career and made a few big plays late to help the Clippers secure the win. He also had a few rough plays down the stretch that nearly cost them, including two missed free throws and a turnover that gave the Kings the ball with two seconds left and a chance to win. It has been an excellent season for Harden, and he has really picked up his play recently as the Clippers push for a higher seed in the playoffs. They’ll take on the Warriors in the regular season finale on Sunday.

This was the 14th-straight double-double for Zubac, which is the longest active streak in the league and the fifth-longest streak this season. Only Domantas Sabonis (24, 18), Giannis Antetokounmpo (19) and Karl-Anthony Towns (18) have had longer double-double streaks this year. Zubac has had a fantastic season and has only improved as the year progressed. He’ll be candidate to make an All-Defensive team and is a big reason why the Clippers will have a chance to host in the first round of the playoffs.

Leonard made his presence felt in the first half and entered the break with 20 points, which included a triple with one second left in the second quarter to give the Clippers a halftime lead. Leonard has been playing at a high level over the past month and is a big reason why the Clippers are one of the hottest teams in the league entering the postseason. They will play the Warriors on Sunday to wrap up the regular season in what will be a must-win game for both teams.

Per usual, Sabonis was able to contribute a double-double in this game. He was able to record one before halftime as he entered the break with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Sabonis has played well recently, and after missing nine games in March (and exiting early from two others), it has been nice for him to be back out on the floor. Sacramento will wrap up the regular season against the Suns on Sunday. They have the same record as Dallas, who they will face in the Play-In Tournament. Who hosts the game will depend on how Sunday’s game goes, so managers should expect Sabonis to play a large role.

It was a rough first half for LaVine, but he was able to figure things out after the break. He scored 18 of his 26 points in the second half and 13 points in the final six minutes of the game. The ball didn’t go to him when the Kings had a chance to win it with two seconds left, which resulted in a loss that confirms they will finish the year with a losing record. They also now have the same record as the Mavericks and will need to beat the Suns on Sunday in order to host their Play-In matchup with Dallas next week.

Banton started and played 31 minutes Friday against the Warriors with Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson ruled out. The 25-year-old point guard is capable of big games when given the opportunity, but this certainly wasn’t one of those. Banton couldn’t get his shot to fall as he finished with three points on 1-of-12 shooting from the field. Portland finishes up the season Sunday with a matchup against the Lakers. While Banton could be in line for a similar workload, he’s made it difficult to trust him on the final day of the season.

Clingan scored in double figures for the third-straight game. He was more aggressive with 13 shot attempts, the most he’s had in six games so far in April. The 21-year-old center also grabbed 15 rebounds, the third time he’s had at least 13 rebounds in his last six games. Clinghan has closed out the season providing top-100 value over the last month. He’s shown what he can do when given the opportunity and the Trail Blazers are likely to let him hang onto a starting spot going into next season.
