Bears WR Keenan Allen (heel) is active for Week 4 against the Rams.

Allen is set to return from a two-week absence due to a heel injury. He returned to practice this week and should ramp up his workload starting with the Bears’ Week 4 game against the Rams. D.J. Moore is still set to be the Bears’ lead wideout, but Allen’s return will dent Rome Odunze’s volume a bit. Pencil Allen in as a WR3 option for this week.
