Burrow practiced off-and-on with the Bengals this offseason, and he continued to rehab a wrist injury that brought his 2023 season to an end in Week 11. The star quarterback returned to throwing in early May and was on record last month saying he’ll be “ready to go by the season.” Assuming it’s all systems go for Burrow, we’d expect him to return to the form we’ve grown accustomed to seeing. He threw for 4,400-plus yards and 30-plus touchdowns in 2021 and 2022 and finished as the QB10 and QB4 in fantasy points per game, respectively, during those seasons. With the wide receiver duo of Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in tow for at least one more season, Burrow has the tools in place for a high-end QB1 season. Taylor said Burrow and all starters will play at some point in the preseason but that he still plans to ease Burrow through parts of camp.
