C.J. Stroud completed 22-of-34 passes for 242 yards and a touchdown in Houston’s 23-20, Week 13 win over the Jaguars.

Stroud found a wide-open Dalton Schultz for a score in the fourth quarter, but was again stymied by penalties, sacks, and poor running plays as Houston struggled to scrap together enough points to beat the Trevor Lawrence-less Jaguars. FOX’s Laura Okin wished Stroud a happy bye week after the game and Stroud reacted like he’d just won the lottery, which goes to show you how well things are going in Houston’s offense right now. He’ll be hard to rely on in the fantasy football playoffs as the Texans pick up games against the Dolphins, Ravens, and Chiefs.
