JAX • QB • #10
They were the first two Jacksonville touchdowns since the second drive of the Vikings game in Week 11. Jones still left plenty on the field, but the Jaguars receivers won some routes against Houston’s non-Derek Stingley corners and there were a number of wide-open receivers. Jones actually missed a Brian Thomas Jr. shot play early in the second half that would have been an easy six, as well as an open Parker Washington on the sideline in the end zone that forced a field-goal attempt. It was Jones’ first game over 200 yards as a Jaguar, and his first over 220 yards since Week 7 of 2023. We would not dial up expectations that high for Week 14, but the Titans haven’t exactly been a dominant defense this year.
