Tank Bigsby

Tank Bigsby rushed seven times for 24 yards in the Jaguars’ Week 6 loss to the Bears.

Travis Etienne left this game with a hamstring injury after three games and did not return. Bigsby’s role should have grown with Etienne sidelined, but he took a backseat to D’Ernest Johnson, who was the team’s primary back on passing downs. Because the Jaguars got blown out, most downs resembled passing downs for them. Bigsby played on 17 snaps compared to Johnson’s 35. Bigsby will see the bulk of the carries if Etienne misses any time, but he will be a two-down banger on a bad offense. His outlook for Week 7 versus the Patriots depends on Etienne’s health, which is unknown as of right now.
