Tyler Boyd caught 2-of-5 targets for 26 yards in a Week 2 loss to the Jets.

Boyd was targeted on the final pass of the game, which he bobbled and dropped. However, he was also short of the goal line with three defenders around him, so it’s highly unlikely he would have punched it in for the game-tying score. While it’s nice to see Boyd second to only Calvin Ridley in targets, it’s disappointing that he hasn’t been able to put up better numbers while DeAndre Hopkins is playing hurt. With Tony Pollard also being heavily involved in the passing game, there will likely be too many mouths to feed with Will Levis at quarterback for Boyd to have any consistent fantasy value in 2024.
