QB Trevor Lawrence completed 8-of-10 passes for 91 yards and two touchdowns and rushed one time for nine yards in the Jaguars’ preseason game against the Falcons.

Lawrence was sharp through both of the first-team offense’s drives, distributing the ball to five different pass catchers. Lawrence typically targets his preseason passes toward the intermediate-to-deep areas of the field and this year was no different. His 9.3-yard aDOT is the second-highest preseason rate of his career and his 64.3 percent past-the-sticks throwing rate was the highest. He completed an impressive 78.6 percent of passes as well, which bodes positively for his new field stretchers, rookie WR Brian Thomas Jr. and veteran WR Gabe Davis.
