Trevor Lawrence completed 21-for-38 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown with one interception in a 47-10, Week 3 loss to the Bills.

It was not a great showing for Lawrence on national television. Part of it was that Lawrence tried to force the issue and didn’t take easy passes in the intermediate area that the Bills defense was giving him, but another part is that his pass protection let him down repeatedly. Whatever the reason may be, the Jaguars offense was completely uncompetitive against the Bills, and Lawrence seemed uncomfortable in the pocket multiple times during the game. The team will need to go back to the drawing board ahead of a Week 4 showdown against a motivated Texans team, but, for now, Lawrence is nothing more than a mid-range QB2 for fantasy purposes.
